I've had the same problem all weekend with several reloads from 1.1.2 back to 1.1.1

Even tried with the frenchi software.

Seems that the error relates to simFree needing your phones' serial number registered on their server to authorise unlock. This is done by the retailer...?

I'm thinking you have to purchase SimFree online in order to make the unlock happen.
