one of the first times i listened to this song was when my grandma died from lung cancer. since then, i cry every single time i listen to this song. mcr did an AMAZING job writing a song about a real problem in the world.

My father had a strong battle of 7 years of brain cancer unfortunatly he lost that battle , he died at the age of 54 , i was only 11 when he died i was scared my role model , my friend , my father gone forever im 14 now everytime i hear this song i breakout in tears this describes his battle so much but today on im spending the rest of my life for a cure so if i cant bring my father back i will at least help other people from going through the same pain i went through R.I.P 1954 - 2008 <333

This song goes out to my old music teacher Andy. He has recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I am devastated, he was my mentor from the age of 10 right up to 18, he is a close friend of mine, and my heart goes out to him and his husband and family. We are all praying for you, fight this horrible thing, and we believe you can win. Love you Andrew <3
