---On a fast break in the 51st minute, Beasley passed to a wide-open Landon Donovan, only to see Donovan wind back and miss the ball completely before falling to the ground.
"I could have dribbled more, but Landon was saying, 'Beez! Beez!' " Beasley said. "It happens to the best of us.

@4feeterkurwaa Yeah, American Football is still far more popular, I'm not trying to argue that. What I'm saying is that soccer is getting a lot more popular in America. You don't live here, so you're going to have to believe me. Soccer is getting larger T.V. contracts every year and we have a team, the Seattle Sounders, that ranks in the top 50 in the world for attendance.
