heroin is easy to quit. it is a matter of having a good relationship with your substance of choice.

caffeine is a more toxic substance than heroin but because heroin is injected the relationship is already askewed. most people who use heroin never do it again. they do it once say that's not for me and move on. it is only the minority who become addicted.
