"complicated by statistics"? WTF! Yes - belching sewage is bad... and that outfall should be cleaned up. Without excusing how nasty it is, its not raw, and some places it is. There are limited resources to deploy, so providing some data (and if you think my simple request for data would make this "complex" then you are in the wrong business) is helpful for community to come together and implement changes. Unless you don't care about cleaning up something worse than this first...

Ironic, they continue to use the toilet.
Do observe the increased amount of sealife around the outlets. Just like a dog will eat its own feces and bugs live in cow dung. These "plumes of dark matter" are filled with nutrients which are being utilized.
The end of the video is the scary part, because the right type of virus == diseases. Wish they would be more specific. This is so filled with "scare factor."

Shonikman The video does not need to be complicated by statistics. The pipeline belching out sewage speaks volumes and everyone knows that sewage spells disease when it is dumped in the ocean
