2 Cups Bread flour
1 cup regular flour
1/4 t yeast
1 1/2 t salt
1 1/2 cups water
rise for 20 hours
form ball rest again for 2 1/2 hours
preheat 7 1/4 Q le creuset for 1 hour on 450. Place dough seem side up and bake bread for 30 minutes with lid on....remove lid and another 25 minutes....total cooking time 55 minutes
