@kaygees7 So who is the bass player i grew up learning theses bass lines back in the 70s.
All i knew back then was, ( Robert "Kool" Bell Bassist for kool &The Gang) was Big Brother to the bass player of the (kay Gees)?? I still use theses patterns today when it comes down to getting funky old school style on the bass. In my day you were dam near a neighborhood Celeberty if you had a (Fender bass). Akron Ohio - 'West Jr.high'1971', Butchtel high school '1975' (Henry Mc G. in the house)
moidounltd2 i had this but somehow the album got broke was looking for this song everywhere.. i was like16 when this was out. i remember rollerskating to this song .great 70s funk. nothing like it in todazes music

Is it "Kay-Gee's" as on the album covers or is it "The Kay Gees"? Not that important but I'm confused nonetheless.
