August 13 -- Wounded Warrior Fundraiser - Kemah

The Kemah Kasuals Auction & Style Show will be held on Friday, August 13, from 7:00 - 10:00pm at Landry's waterfront restaurant in Kemah. Both a live and silent auction will be held to raise funds for the upcoming Wounded Warrior Weekend in November. Several unique items will be offered for auction; from fishing and hunting trips to wine tastings and a stay in a luxury resort in Costa Rica. Live music and a style show, featuring local boutiques and shops, will keep everyone entertained while the bidding goes on. This event will certainly offer something for everyone. Tickets may be purchased at the Kemah Visitors Center. Single tickets are $75 and couples are $125. Plans are now underway to honor and thank our veterans in a very special and unique way. With the help of Houston's Bay Area communities and our patriotic and generous donors, the Wounded Warriors & Veteran's Appreciation Celebration will bring some of our heroes and their families to Kemah, Texas on November 11-14. These four days promise to be filled with an array of military and land activities. Static displays, Fishing tournament, Appreciation Ceremony, BBQ feasts and live music are some of the highlights of the fun and exciting patriotic weekend.

All the proceeds from the Kemah Kasuals Auction & Style Show will be used to bring wounded veterans and their families to the Kemah area in November for a weekend of fun and entertainment.
