  • What tuning is that in? I though open A, but then your bass string seems to be tuned to D

  • It's the scale. For those who don't know what this means, it is the theoretical distance from the nut to the bridge. In practice, it's measured as twice the distance from the nut to the 12th fret, as the bridge may be moved to correct intonation.

  • Is the scale of the strings 25 inches or is it the whole banjo?
