well your supposed to eat more but in different times of the day break it up into 4 to 6 times a day but stop when your full then weight a few hours and start again and your not supposed to stop this is actually how fit people live every day.

Huh? EAT MORE? but dont get full.. walk 30 minutes per day.. more water...
i think i'll GAIN weight instead.. except for the walking 30 minutes per day thing..
