These courts are completely against morality, justice and the common law - fascist. I know someone whose great grandchild was targetted and was given not one but THREE hepatitus C injections on a false, ignorant assumption and against the family wishes. The baby survived AND Slimely, Snakey Social Services were beaten off before more damage was inflicted but the family went through a year of hell.

Family court in the USA is also quite private but the ostensible reason is to protect the private affairs of people and most especially the children. But just like what they do with classified governmental information-- they use it to hide crime and to conduct policies that would not survive the light of day. That seems to be a form of what is going on in merry old England in their family court. In the USA, quite the opposite, children are left in even seriously abusive homes all too often.

If "too stupid" were the measure, than many in the British government would have to lose all of their children. Everything must be aboveboard, exposed to the light of day. Ethics and Love are not disposable-- they are required to be part of the fabric of society or we end up with vicious idiocy like this. Germany has a system where they purportedly must have 80+ children picked up a day to fuel the needs of the system(budgetary justification) so home-schooled kids are taken away by force.
