Hey there. Yeah, I'd be glad to help. I've probably started and invested proper time in about 10 RPG games. However, each one fell flat. It's because I had no idea what direction I was going in. I just went with the flow. If you're serious about making a game, you should properly document all the ideas in a ring-binder. Separate the aesthetics, maps, characters, script, attacks, gameplay, story, enemies etc with separators. Like any good movie or book, it requires planning first!
