ABOUT Solissa
Born and raised in NYC Solissa found her passion as a teenager working in at "JJ Flash". There she was exposed to the most amazing fashion from London and Paris. It was a shop unlike any other -- the clientele consisted of only the fashion savvy crowd in NY.

The famous and infamous patronized JJ Flash. Solissa worked there for 10 years and then moved to Venice, California. She continued to combine her love of music and fashion by making clothing for various rock bands playing at the famous Whisky A Go Go and Roxy Theater.

Then came her passion for footwear while working at a Beverly Hills exclusive shoe store, David's. This amazing experience taught Solissa how to really work with the public, giving her an opportunity to truly excel.

After years of working for other shop owners Solissa started a wholesale company "Solissa Slips", and her business skyrocketed.

2005 brought a move to SLC. There she saw a need for a unique kind of clothing store and opened Solissa. Opening her store honors her friends that owned JJ Flash.

Solissa has very unique taste and can combine clothing and style for friends and customers like no other. It is her passion for fashion and her love of community that creates Solissa.
