Yesterday I was asked on Facebook to load this video ASAP ;)
You just basically need a crate of strawberries, a block of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered (confectioner's) sugar and a splash of vanilla.Cut your strawberries criss cross and pipe the filling in. If you want to get fancy you can dip it then in chocolate and refrigerate. I did both. Basically this is a strawberry shortcake without the cake. Enjoy!
Oh, to add the chocolate. You can zap a cup of chocolate chips with 1-2 tbsp. of shortening. It has to be shortening, oil will not work. Zap at 10-15 second intervals and stir until you have a good consistency

  • @4everf8ful777 Today my brother found a TWSS tshirt at Walmart and he was the happiest person on earth. HA!! Then, my brother and nephew were discussing cars (that is ALL they do on the road--point out cars and discuss it-BORINGHAHAHA) and my nephew said something like "it's only 23 inches" and when I replied "that's what she said" HE TOTALLY KNOCKED FISTS WITH ME HAHAHAHA He didn't think his auntie was cool enough to know what TWSS was.

  • you could put the chocolate in a piping bag to drizzle the chocolate more uniformly

  • I laughed at ho you were going to dip them, then drizzle them and decided to jsut top them ith chocolate all within 5 seconds lol.

  • That was a great idea. I will make them for wife and daughter.

  • Those look delicious! I like the way you cut them as well. My boyfriend made me some for valentines day but took the cores out and I believe the cream cheese he used he only added honey to. They were delicious but i'll definitely be trying your recipe!
