k, so it's like this:

Heechul loved Hangeng for a very long time, but Hangeng doesn't know and married someone else. Then, Hannie got hit by a car and died. Siwon got Hannie's heart transplant. So Siwon keeps on seeing pieces of Hannie's memory in his head (which can really happen in real life when people get transplant). Then Siwon finds Heechul and tells him about the memory he sees. Heechul finally realizes than Hannie had loved him all along too. And that was a the secret. ^^

im actually not sure either, but i think, heechul loves hankyung, but hankyung had a gf and stuff. then hankyung gave a heart donation to siwon, and then so in hankyung's heart, he actually loved heechul, and so siwon finds heechul and stuff? xD im not really sure though...
