Communication Sciences and Disorders Awareness Week

Ohio University's chapter of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) hosted the first annual Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) Awareness Week in March of 2011 which included a number of events including the CSD Bash.

The CSD Bash provided information about communication disorders, therapy techniques, and helped raise awareness about the individuals who deal with communication disorders everyday. It was supported by the Ohio Speech Language Hearing Association (OSLHA), Ohio University's CSD department, faculty, students. This event was inspired by the other Sponsored Silence Events hosted by universities across the state of Ohio.
