Learn to pronounce battery, please.. It's like your stuck in the medevil ages.... There is an "E' in the word. What your pronouncing is someone getting beat up.

What kind of Voltage do you think this might get out of an Earth battery. (Two dissimilar rods in the ground.)

Unrelated to this, can we use a coil and back EMF setup to power some LEDs with small voltage?
BTW, great video kubikop, I'm your long term subscriber, love your bedini setups :D

Sure, this circuit runs as low as 0.398v before it switches off.

would a joule thief help on my reciever?
great job, i have a 1/2 ferrite core and some
2n3906 pnp transtors, and wire. what else do i need?

You need:
1nr Transistor, 2N2222 or equivelent
1nr 2k Variable Resistor ot 1k FIxed
1nr Ferrite Core
1nr Length of Magnet wire
1nr LED
Some Patience winding the Coil...
