  • It's extremely quiet. That DC motor is excellent. Can barley hear a thing.

  • He had 4 custom made wood doors.

  • The doors are 10' I'm pretty sure. I mean, then they first start, it makes that hum noise because, it's the sound of the motor, and when it stops, it's the sound of the motor slowing down. Oh, and those doors are easily 300-400 pounds.

  • Nice

  • It sounds very quiet

  • HA! sounds like ur friends dnt understand the coolness of a garage door opener like the rest of us.

  • Ha, howmany garage doors did he have, 5?

  • ARE WE GOING TO THE MOVIE?

    (this is not skikid obviously)

  • *setup like that*

I shouldn't be trying to chat, watch tv, do email, and YouTube at the same time. Crap.

  • Hey, how tall are those door? They look 8', but I've never seen an 8' with only 3 sections.

The sound of the 3800 wouldn't be bad if it stayed quiet the whole time, and not just thru part of the cycle.

Nice garage tho. I wouldn't mind having a setup last night.
