I have been doing behind the neck shoulder presses for a while now. I gained strength in my middle and anterior deltoids. Also, I increased my definition in those areas. I don't listen to alot of these guys because most of these men dont possess the heart or discipline to look like a professional bodybuilder.

@Nippon1971 The problem is that you consistently weaken the rotator cuff overtime.. you may not even know it until you hit 40-50 but when it snaps it snaps

I snapped my shit up doing this exercise... 24 years old, pinched nerve in my neck... 4 months of PT and I'm still not completely healed. Lot's of weakness in my right arm, getting it back though... slowly. Oh and did I mention the pain? Unreal... Couldn't even eat fucking cereal. Do yourself a favor and stay the FUCK away from anything "behind the back" -- it doesn't do ANYTHING FOR YOU.
