'Gianni Versace' the singing cab driver

Yes, this really happened. Today I met 'Gianni Versace' aka a singing, entertaining cab driver named Yan.

This is the first video I shot. The audio is a little tough to make out, particularly at first, but stick with it.

And to think I almost told him I wanted a quiet ride to LaGuardia! I'm under the weather so I agreed to be his audience just for one song. Instead the entertainment continued all the way to the airport and ended with a sweet hug when I disembarked. If you'd like to know where to find this singing grandfather, let me know.
