@WeAxeMexicanMongrels Ok, I see. I think a transcript is important in certain fields such as: engineering, accounting, science, and computer information/science. If it is degree in sociology, black studies, or psychology, I don't think it matters. Since I have an accounting a degree, I know that field has a very small margin of error within it. I do think that minorities who take civil service exams to become police or firefighters shouldn't be allowed to score lower than whites when applying.
