@StateOfAolbainia And there is far more in the game. I guess the witcher 3 will have more world war 2 context as Nilfgaard attacks in the end of Witcher 2. It will be such an epic game.

@ziutek998 Good point. Aedirn(?) would also work as Henselt and Nilfgaard went all Molotov-Ribentorp on the poor asses. But the all the badass bits of Poland fits Temeria like a glove.

@StateOfAolbainia Battle of Brenna reminds of Battle of Warsaw ( in Brenna they stop Nilfgard invasion, in Warsaw they stopped communists.)
Temeria in game is being called a shield against Nilfgard , before war, Poland was called a shield against Russia. There are many refrences to this context in the game story. Henselt who murders elfs and occupies new countries reminds of Hitler and his hate towards Jews etc. Or may be it is just me.
