That dock scene somehow reminded me of my near death experience for when I was younger. I was on a dock, got rope tied around my foot and jumped into the water. I then realized my body was underneath the water and my entire leg was up above me still attached to the dock. It took like, 30 seconds to bring myself up but it felt like forever.
