they didnt try to match the location...
AT ALL!!
would of been a whole lot better if it were in an actual remote location *cough cough* [[the actual tracks]].....but oh well...we cant change that..

We chose this location in Guthrie OK because the old train depot in the back ground, plays a big part in the film's back story. Fingerprints, IS based on the San Antonio urban legend, but it takes the story further. Matching the exact, secluded location of the actual San Antonio tracks would not have been as useful to the films production value and plot.
