How the hell did you get that camera effect? That HAS to be postproduction.

I got the effect through two video filters on Ulead Video Studio. I think one was a duotone filter with brown and white, and the other one was called pencil drawing. It was a while ago so I'm not sure, and it was a total accident that turned out to be really cool.
