The so called "patriot act" is criminal ! ! ! The common blue collar working class citizens is loosing all rights gauranteed by the US Constituion. As a millitary solder I had to swear to fight all enemies both foreign and domestic and to uphold our constitution. Wait, they never said that at some point I must stop fighting for our constitution. It is time to take back our country from congress folks.

Liberty in the finest tyrannical form. Our founding fathers of gov. Heck Eisenhowers last speech warned about it. Kennedy died because of it. No need to keep rex84 a secret now. The founders of the revised Nazi homeland have staked claim to our Nation in open daylight. If we changed that much for safety of terrorist. The terrorist won didnt they!

As Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE) explained during the floor debate about the Act, "the FBI could get a wiretap to investigate the mafia, but they could not get one to investigate terrorists. To put it bluntly, that was crazy! What's good for the mob should be good for terrorists."

History is rife with examples of millions of dead 'law abiding citizens' all over the world who did nothing against their government. They were just doing the 'right thing' and were butchered. Whole families wiped out. What universe did you study world history or did you even bother to pay attention in school?

I don't see the big deal about the Patriot Act personally. I don't know anyone whose home has been broken into. This all sounds a little over the top to me. If you're an every day American who does the right thing you will be just fine.
