  • @crazyforcanada Unconstitutional laws weren't born with the Patriot Act. This isn't the first and it won't be the last, provided we have people who both talk about how the US government is supposed to work while refusing to support people who will make it work that way. You are very confused. You have an urge to lecture theory but now it is time to put that theory on the road and drive it and that's the point of supporting Ron Paul for President of the United States.

  • @crazyforcanada We wish that judicial power nullified void law and prosecuted treason but it does not. And that's the point. That's why we choose an anti-government President like Ron Paul. If you really believed in the arguments you're forwarding you should be the first person to recognize the reason for supporting Paul in the first place but you argue against yourself when you can't even choose someone who wants to restore the government to Constitutional restraint.

  • @crazyforcanada He's the Constitutionalist who actually reads the highest law and applies it to government policies, regulations, laws, and behavior thereby constraining them. He didn't start doing this when he became a "POLITICAL CANDIDATE". He's been a lawmaker and has done this through his entire career. Oaths of office have been perjured, that's the point. They are not being prosecuted. The government doesn't care. That's our job now. We defend liberty ourselves.

  • There is a separation of POWERS in the Constitution. Why? Because POLITICAL power is designed to GOVERN the country with VALID laws under the Constitution. The JUDICIAL POWER nullifies VOID law and prosecutes treason. ELECTIONS are designed for the people to choose between constitutionally VALID POLITICAL OPTIONS, not between "Constitutionalism" and "Treason". Treason is not a POLIICAL OPTION, it is a justiciable CRIME. You may NOT elect obvious traitors to the Legislatures.

  • @heymisterderp - Is Ron Paul a court of law? Does the U.S. Constitution name Ron Paul as the Judicial Power of the United States? Is Ron Paul the constitutionally guaranteed & entrenched LEGAL MECHANISM for declaring VOID laws NULL? No. He is a POLITICAL CANDIDATE. Why is the JUDICIAL POWER being evaded and sidestepped when it is the only Constitutionally guaranteed & mandated POWER to throw out void law and prosecute Constitutional Hijackers for TREASON?

  • Why does JUDGE Napolitano keep calling it "legislation"? Unconstitutional acts, by definition, are VOID; they are NOT "law". The act of pretending to "pass" a "law" which blatantly violates the Constitution & "appears" to destroy fundamental rights is evidence NOT that a "law" was "passed", but (1) that OATHS of office & allegiance have been perjured & are VOID; (2) this JUDICIAL evidence should be raised in a COURT so as to declare fake laws VOID & REMOVE the perjurers who are detaining office.

  • President Ron Paul

    Vice President Rand Paul

    Attorney General Andrew Napolitano

    Federal Reserve Chairman Peter Schiff

  • RON PAUL/NAPOLITANO 2011!!!!!!!!!
