Judge Napolitano: Why The Patriot Act is Unconstitutional.

It's a huge waste of time, manpower, & money for the FBI or any other group to break into John Q. Public's home and ransack it.

It's effective when done to those suspected of terrorist activities.

The problem is when the government (the Administration) believes terrorism and the war on terrorism doesn't exist, then proclaims patriotic Constitution-loving law-abiding Americans are the only terrorists (as now declared by the D.H.S.).

They did a whole lot of illegal things, but I do not think they should or deserve hanging, impeachment yes, hanging ......NO. I do understand how you feel about the issue though.

What did President Obama do to deserve impeachment and hanging?

I can't think of anything legal to hang him on but I was just saying I wished he was dead sometimes but only sometimes so don't get all mad.

I am not mad, nor do I get mad, I try to be as rational as possible. I, and hopefully no one should wish for anoher human being to be dead, one can get mad at a person, but wishing tha person dead is NOT a nice thing.

If that is the case, I am NOT being sarcastic and as for being megalomaniacs, I do not know about that, but I'd hope they were no of them as politicians in the USA.
