I just commented about this on Nat's page.... My best friend/cousin commited suicide when she was 18, I was 19. (I am 26 now) People need other peoples help, conversation, love....etc in there lives. Anyone who is human has a feeling of helplessness at least once in their lives. Reach out to your friends, talk, ask questions...don't leave them helpless......

its a hard and scary thing to deal with on your own. i know first hand. reaching out always helps. some of the littlest things that my friends did, made me feel so much better. I'm really sorry to hear about your friend, i also know how hard that can be.
