BW + 100# chain x 15. Balance is the hardest part of these, weight on the neck tries to tip you over forward.

  • that was.... stupid. just use a "belt" w/ weights attached, no need 4 the "dramatic" effects w/ all the chainz an shit. ya knoe what I meanz Hommie!

    Actually its not the same as using weight suspended from a belt, it shifts your center of gravity and puts more emphasis on your chest. Thanks for your opinion, "hommie".

  • Please do not take this as "hating" but with your legs out that far this becomes more of a chest workout then a pure tricep workout. It's still great form and effectiveness, just doesn't work the triceps as much as it should.

  • Why bother putting some chains when you can't do the drill properly with them.
