Actually, this MV was an official tie-in with the film when it was shown in South Korea back in 2004/2005. You could watch it on the film's South Korean website.
I lived in Seoul when this film premiered there. That's how I know.
It's a pretty good South Korean song that does a good job of blending with the visuals of "Hana and Alice".
This is a Shunji Iwai film that I have yet to see. Someday, I'll get around to seeing it.
