  • I can't understand why people fight over whether something in a Mozart piece is a clam or not when you can easily look the scores up on Neue Mozart-Ausgabe Online. :P What Scneider plays there is not a clam, it is written in the notes.

  • @gwaur Thank you!!

  • wow, at 3:11 he actually has a clam...I'm shocked

great performance though! interesting interpretation, too.

  • That is not a clam but a "Vorhalt" / suspended note.

  • @jonathanwegloop no hes right it is a clam

  • @ScottyDude7 It is not a clam!! Check the "Urtext" (Bärenreiter or Henle)!!

Also check Mr. Schneider's colleague R. Vlatkovic. He plays the same suspended note in the same measure! (You can find the video on YouTube.)

  • Well played. I remarked the cadenza. I havn´t before heard any caden on the quintett. It was a pretty , short but good cadenza.

  • 0:55 ??????

  • He's got a nice tone and fantastic double tounging , great

  • I am a giant dog and I approve of this piece.

  • @dfillingham Simply extraordinary news. Thanks.

  • I play french horn

  • @gwaur Now this is the type of arguing I enjoy seeing on the internet...

  • @chaosbringer127 The Cello is also very beautiful! But the French Horn is by far the Best Brass instrument. The Mellow sound can not be beat by any brass instrument.
