I lived in Portsmouth for many years , too many years actually . This video is only showing the mild side of P town . There is a lot more that goes on than what people realize , and a lot of that involves government officials. Things that you would normally only see in the movies. The town is over run with dealers, users, prostitutes, drunks, ect. It has been compared to little Chicago & little Compton . I'm glad I got out when I did . People there will shoot your ass just because they're bored
