There are certain anatomical and biological problems with a supposedly Moon "grown" breed of humans. For those who don't know, Moon gravity is much lower than Earth. In fact so low, that it's only about 17% of that of Earth. A generation of people raised on Moon, would have weak muscles and fragile bones. It's most certain that subjected to Earth gravity they would die from heart and lung failure and loose conscience from lack of blood to the brain. Multiple fractures possible too.
