Mayor of Homer responds to the incident and comment by the Chief of Police comments that he is essentially racial profiling individuals.

Massive investigation (FBI, US Dept of Justice, Louisiana State Police) of the 2/20/09 shooting incident of 73-year old, Throat Cancer Victim, Bernard Monroe in Rural Northern Louisiana (Homer, population: 3800) where there are accusations that racism was involved with the shooting and that the officers involved planting a gun on the dying Monroe.

I'm white, I don't think "white" people shouldn't be allowed to be "police." BUT, with that being said, I think that "police" should be held to a higher standard when they abuse their power. They should get a higher penalty when they do this crap.
