BTW - glad you liked the sail sounds! I do as well.
It's almost like a fingerprint. All my favorite kites each have a distinct sound to the sail popping. I could tell which one by that sounds alone!

Yes, kite hill for sure! It is where I fly most of the time.
This was shot when the wind is at its worst - coming from the West through the trees.
From the North, it's just heavenly. The South is also good, but only at the bottom of the hill. East is also good, but space can be limited.
Then, there are days like today where it changes all 4 directions every 45 mins. It really makes me appreciate those sweet ocean winds when I go to Ocean Shores or Longbeach! :)
