  • how do i get the drive shaft cover off?

  • @xboxluva22 theres 2 screws on it. take them out and pop it off

  • this problem does not exist on the newer model Slash 4x4's does it? my cover seems to go all the way to the back. i still managed to get a piece of rock inside my spur/pinion gears however. it dislodged one of the pads on the slipper clutch. thankfully it was under warranty, so they repair it. just bought it less than 2 weeks ago.

  • @ebarmobile i dont know. i figure traxxas would change it for the better on there newer trucks but im not positive

  • You said you sold this in an earlier comment why did you sell it

  • @66zakattak I traded it for a tamiya highlift. i liked my slash but im more into scale trucks/ crawlers.
