@onpon4 Sorry to nitpick, but there isn't ONLY a "TI-84 Plus." There is also the "TI-84 Plus Silver Edition." I just say "TI-84" to refer to both models. By the way, there are actually OTHER TI-84 models, including a couple of special teacher models I am aware of (I use one of the teacher models).

@EggProds No need to guess. Calculator has ability to get intersection. Your method is not the best way to solve, since getting items to be viewed in window may be a problem.

@sandrapick32 The TI-84 is not designed to solve most equations (you can do some). Your equation is actually very easy to solve by hand. I can show you in webcam, but I do charge for this.

when i try to put exponents on y equals for some reason it puts 2 parallel lines above and below the equation but it didnt used to and it is messing me up on some calculations . does anyone know how to fix this?

@knueven5150 There is nothing wrong with your calculator. It didn't do that before, but with new version of the calculator OS, it does. It is normal to do that now, so don't worry about it.
