Thanks for making the video and showing me how to marinade the veggies in what kind of sauce. I have been looking for this recipe like forever but I can never find the right one because people always use the easy way out like not marinaying the veggies part out. I think that is the most important part. -and the liver warst is too.

@hutchinsonyang Thank You ! This is only My version though. and the taste is pretty much the same as the version I first tried at an Vietnamese restaurant in USA. There are many variations just like with any dish. I am glad You replied and I hope Ya like my version--tell me when You try it !

i really am interested in trying this recipe. I don't live in a big city where i can get banh mi anymore. i crave it so bad rite now too! i will be able to get all these ingredients in a local grocery store. thank you so much for posting your version. its the best one I've seen so far. god bless!

lol! it isn't Vietnamese Banh Mi`, sir! sorry. This is an American version of the Vietnamese Banh Mi. But this looks good enough to eat.
