My body takes a new form, I'm getting reborn...I've always felt that you can change so little about your body without major surgery, you are pretty much stuck with what you have. But with a tattoo, as long as it has meaning to you, each one adds a part of who you are to your body for everyone to see. Thus, you are reborn in a sense with each new tattoo.

I have plans for a sailor-style heart with "Baby Lou" written across it, as an homage to my favorite band and my love of tattoos in general.

@mikomakako I don't think this song is necessarily about becoming transcendental, rather more the addiction tattooing/body modification can become. Like the way most scars tell stories, tattoos have that same effect (can't say you've never asked anyone what their tattoo means, right? :]) A lot of people don't see tattoos as just aesthetics; it's a part of them, a chapter of their life inked onto their body. Pretty easy to get carried away with if you think about it.
