@TheIronweasle why does the government try to pass laws to use torture? Has passed laws to execute minor interrogation (wash boarding) which is torture and in United States torture is illegal. If they had the ability to torture an innocent person, to what extreme are they allowed to implement it? What if it was 5000 people or 500? What if there was never any bombs?
