PART TWO of TWO:

Phil is provoked into attacking Steve, who enjoys reporting Phil to the authorities to ruin his chance of getting access to his daughter Louise.
Phil's only hope is to get some major dirt on Steve and hope someone will get him out of Walford for good, one way or another.

@racer17551 I try to be fair in my judgements, & although it did seem abit cowardly of Phil, I honestly think that Phil hiring those guys was to teach Dennis a lesson & show him that he (Phil) is not gonna jump when Dennis says so, so Phil thought if you're looking for a fight, then you can have it - but I'm not gonna fight you on your terms. Btw, you're talking about fighting fair, so was it fair that at that first meeting, Dennis sucker-punched Phil? I do actually think Phil would take Dennis.

Phillip always brings in the 'heavies' to do this fist work for him. Remember that fight that him and Dennis Rickman arranged in the arches, the wimp Phil would have put up a good fight but nimble Dennis would have toppled him so good old Phil hired three 7 foot monkeys to do the job for him. He lives off his Old Mitchell reputation and the reputation grant and him carved out in the 90s LOL

@MrFootboy123 Phil has beaten-up Steve on two separate occasions & they've squared-off many times more, so Phil doesn't get other people to fight his battles for him, he had to get Steve to come out of the house somehow, so he said come out & we'll sort our differences out. Steve's the fool, he walked straight into an ambush. Steve had upped the ante in their war by goading Phil into beating him up so he could pressing charges, so it was Steve that started playing dirty first.
