Codesourcery has support for the MCF51CN, and you wouldn't need additional hardware as the OSBDM on the tower module is also supported.

This product looks interesting. I think this demo would be a bit more interesting if the individual was more excited about the new Freescale product and little less nervous. Also a retail price being mentioned would be helpful. Otherwise great show.
