Tom Morgan's physical disability has prevented him from any "Hands-On" building for many years. His wife Gerri builds his graphite and fiberglass rods, and the bamboo is made by Bill Blackburn. This is not to say these aren't fine rods, but I would like to see credit given to the actual craftsmen behind these individually built rods.
