u know after a long time playing san andreas u realy notice that the grafics of vice city is horible

Nevermind, turns out they have the same stupid spawning rate as vehicles. If you load your game in the mansion and their not there, just exit the mansion and drive out the Mansion grounds (might not even have to go that far), then return to your mansion and they should be there. It's the same with the Helicopter on the Hyman Condo, if it's not there, just run down the street a 100 yards and return and it'll be there. A bit annoying but not exactly moaning worthy lol.

@IanMusicAddict ok load ur 100% game, get out of the house, you should go on the road, then go back to the house and the bodyguards will spawn there
