The significance of your emotions make them what they are - not the other way around. As you emote, energy flows in and out of you. That is all. It is the significance you place upon the experience that makes you believe it is a positive or a negative emotion. These experiences are the "jumping off place" for your conscious expansion into greater Self awareness - Source in form having experiences in this dimension in this planet.

Very nice, simple truth. Sometimes difficult to just do it. Emotions can really get a grip on a person. I have struggled with it a lot over different things. It all depends on why a certain thing causes a certain emotion, such as jealousy, fear, anger, etc. There is always a cause behind the effect. Emotions can teach us to examine the cause. Can be very helpful if used in that manner. But also can be overwhelming if taken too seriously. I have struggled with powerful negative emotions.

Such an important topic. I believe it is a major key to freedom. Emotions can make or break us. May I ask, who are you channeling? Who are these beings? They call you the "chancelor". That's interesting. Never heard it put that way. Well, thank you for offering your love and wisdom.
