Tks, emmadetten. I understand the desire of producers to protect their rights. However, I do not believe that uploading a video to YT should be taken as infringement of those rights. Right to the contrary, it promotes the artists and the performance which, at the end, bring money to the producers.

i like colaiuta's perspective ... but in each and everyone of his live performances ( at least the ones i ve seen ) he is tooo busy

too much distraction from the drummer. If everyone starts a solo at the same time,you get a mess.
