This isn't any faster than Paraxade's scan method to make it to the platform. It takes about the same amont of time. For me though, I found this is easier than the scan method. Right after the cutscene that occurs after you enter Gateway, go into morph ball mode and do a rolling bsj. Try to do it at the angle I did in the video. Otherwise it won't work. It is still fairly difficult to get this to work unfortunately. It is, however, much faster and easier than my previous way of doing the rolling bsj.

  • This looks a lot faster and easier, nice job. Would've been nice to know... most of my attempts on that segment were lost on the dash jump.

  • Your way is just as fast. After the Gateway cutscene, it takes you 4 seconds to get onto the platform. It takes me 4 seconds after the cutscene to get on the platform. Anyway, I found this today. For some reason, I just can't get the dash jump to work.

  • I have the same problem too with that Dash Jump. This one does seem more reliable you simply unmorph when the wall is in front of the camera.

  • I find it funny that you released this after Paraxade started his speed run......
