This was my first time backflying and was a necessary progression to work up to sitflying in the tunnel. My eventual goal is to really work on sitting but the great folks at Skyventure make sure you are solid on your belly and back before proceeding.
This video shows the time I put in today working on flying my 6 points of control on my back and working on transitions and getting off the net in a stable sit.
A really great way to practice is by holding yourself like a inch over a chair and hold it there for like a minute!
