What a great Doc. I am especially impressed by the guy that lives in Canada and has made a good life for himself. After 27 yrs. in this place and 9 more somewhere else the fact he can hold a conversation is amazing.Didn't it say he'd written Books.This I'd like to read. Thanks so much for uploading this, I'm adding it to my list of Documentaries which I find interesting enough for multiple viewing.

@kelsieyerty89 Yes, it's absolutely true. I was there last weekend and will be posting my videos (on my channel) of my trip there and what the prison is like today. I will definitely be going back again to tour the other parts of the prison that I was, unfortunately, unable to this last time (due to time constraints). I love it there! San Francisco is cool too, especially Fishermen's Wharf (which can be seen from Alcatraz).

Oh man i would not want to do time in a place like.... good thing they closed it down phew ;)) i just came out of prison 2 months ago almost but its a walk compared to how it was in Alcatraz
