How can people be so ignorant and give their opinion about a religion that they do not understand and have biased ideas?

I am Christian, yet, to me, the Prophet Mohamed (Peace be upon Him) deserves all my respect and the respect of others as well.

@ashy6793 actually its a ritual that was ordered first from God to Prophets Ibrahim and Ismail, the ritual remained and the place has always been seen as holy even during the time the surrounding tribes were pagan. Its so sad to see someone like you who has access to the internet and yet chooses to comment on false basis instead of seeking knowledge of the topic he choose to comment about.

its the fifth pilars of islam...visiting the house of Abraham...it is once every year it called Hajj...if you went to Hajj once you dont practise it again, once is enough. so what they do here is throwing rocks at the wall, it called Jamarat..Abraham did this when Satan appear to him so Abraham throw 7 rocks at him...so we do like he did in the same place near Abraham house. and there is many things to do in Hajj not only this.

This actually used to be a pagan ritual in ancient arabia..What a waste of time and resources..if all the time and money spent on the hajj and these pagan rituals every year was spent on fighting poverty, disease, and hunger in the poor muslim countries, the world would be a much better place, but this is what the creator of the universe demand from every able bodied muslim once in their life time..This is sad!
